Last night's social evening at Abergavenny was a bit of a wash out, with illness and work commitments wiping out 50% of the regulars. Still those who made it enjoyed themselves.

The Memorabilia page has been updated to recall the 1905 All Blacks.

Canada v Wales programmes arrive - if I can I will send them out with the September No Side.

Canadian Rugby Union have apologised - the programmes from the Canada v Wales game were sent surface mail rather than Air Mail. They should be here first week in September.

The first phase of our auction to sell Allan Martin's memorabilia has ended - successfully, with a serious wedge raised! Phase 2 will be shown on this website at the end of August

Lions programmes have arrived, and been sent on. It has been a challenge - over 40 sets were bought and sent out. Bad news over the leather-bound set - the publishers had supply problems so that has been withdrawn. I will be sorting out refunds in due course.

I've also added details of the new Lions book onto our Books page - worth a look!

The loose and boxed sets of programmes we have ordered from the Lions tour should be with us by the end of July.

The leather-bound sets won't be available until late September.

Programmes have arrived from the USA v Wales match. I will not send them out until the Canada ones arrive.

Churchill Cup programmes have arrived - they will be sent out once the exact cost has been established.

Programmes ordered by members in South Wales will be passed to Ray Ruddick (who works in Cardiff). Ray will act as a conduit and pass sets over to those able to contact him. The remainder will get theirs in the post. All Lions programmes buyers will be notified when they arrive.

Big news! We have been asked to auction Allan Martin (Aberavon, Wales, Lions) memorabilia. This will be done over the best part of the next 10 months - so watch this space.

The deadline for advanced orders for programmes from the summer tours - Lions to NZ, Ireland to Japan, Wales to North America, France to South Africa and Australia, Italy to Australia, Fiji to New Zealand, Uruguay to South Africa, Samoa to Australia, plus the two Mandela Cup games and the TriNations - is 31st May. Don't be late - if you miss that date - tough!
