A match worn Ireland Jersey from the Philip Dudley Waller collection. This Jersey was swapped after the 1909 international between Wales and Ireland played at St Helen’s ‘Swansea’. Wales won the match 18 points to 5, thanks to tries by Hopkins, JP Jones, Trew, Watts & 3 conversions by Jack Bancroft. It is unknown who wore the Jersey due to it having no number on.
